WingWise is an AI-powered web platform for airlines that monitors crew sleep, schedules, and fatigue, ensuring pilots and crew stay well-rested and improving flight safety. I led the design of this fatigue-management dashboard from discovery through launch. The product uses wearable data to give real-time fatigue insights, helping airlines proactively address safety risks.

Airline crew fatigue is a significant safety risk, yet existing tools lack real-time visibility and actionable guidance. Crew members struggled to understand their readiness, and managers needed fast, reliable ways to adjust schedules while staying compliant. The challenge was to design a system that proactively detects fatigue, communicates status clearly, and enables managers to make safe, quick decisions under operational constraints.

Conducted domain research and defined key personas: Pilot, Crew Member, Manager
Mapped end-to-end UX flows and wireframes to validate hierarchy and navigation
Built high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes simulating fatigue alerts and scheduling decisions
Conducted usability testing with pilots and crew, iterating based on feedback
Developed a scalable design system including components, typography, and accessible color tokens
